Netball: U12B vs Copleston
The U12 A and B teams were down to play Copleston’s team in the A and B leagues respectively this Monday at home. Copleston have withdrawn the team from the A league and just kept the B league team. Woodbridge played their A team against them for the first ten minute quarter, and the score was 13-1. It was decided by Woodbridge to start 0-0 and the B team played the next three quarters. Sharp shooting by all three shooters, Libby Martin, Maddie Cheshire and Verity Hobday saw 23 goals scored and none conceded by our defending players. Laura Golding had another good game mid court while Grace Childs and Amber Harrell sharing GK worked hard. With another league game this Wednesday away to Ipswich High, friendly on Friday against The Abbey, tournament next Tuesday and friendly on Wednesday against Orwell Park the team have a busy time ahead of them.
