Language Competition Success
17 May 24
The Have Your Say Languages Competition Final took place on Tuesday of this week; we had several students from across the Year groups taking part in this popular competition, organised by the Association for Language Learning (ALL) Essex and East Anglian Branch.

Performing a dialogue in French or Spanish students also completed a second unseen task.
With over 130 participants from more than 10 schools from across East Anglia, competition was fierce.
Well done to the following students who represented the School: in Year 7 Pip, Isabella, Elsie and Bethany; in Year 9 Honor, Jeremy, Woody and James, and special congratulations to the following students on their wonderful results:
- Eloise and Scarlett – 1st place in Year 10 Spanish
- Cleo and Rosa – 2nd place in Year 9 Spanish
- Rocky and Izzy – 3rd place in Year 9 Spanish
- Oscar and Alex – 1st place in Year 8 French
- Ella and Isabella – 2nd place in Year 8 French
- Millie Sm and Millie St – 3rd place in Year 8 Spanish
- William and Xander – 1st place in Year 7 Spanish
- George and Diego – 2nd place in Year 7 Spanish
