Equestrian Success for Jasmine and India

22 Sep 23

Year 7’s Jasmine and India have been competing at the Inter County Dressage Challenge Championship and the Sunshine Tour Championship, both doing incredibly well.

Inter County Dressage Challenge
Year 7’s Jasmine and pony Blossom represented Suffolk at the Inter County Dressage Challenge Championship at Bury Farm, Buckinghamshire against 11 south and east British Dressage regional teams recently. Jasmine, who was one of the youngest riders there, aged 11, won her first day’s class with a whopping 73% against 45 adults – and was also awarded the highest veteran pony/horse score award. An incredible achievement, well done Jasmine!

Sunshine Tour Championships 2023
Last weekend, Jasmine joined India, also from Year 7, after qualifying for the Sunshine Tour Championship held at the prestigious Hickstead Showground near Brighton. Both girls rode exceptionally well in their classes; India had a very early start and came 3rd in her dressage class on Blossom. Meanwhile, Jasmine came 4th in her dressage class on Blossom, and had an unforgettable ride on a very excitable Amber in her dressage and show jumping classes.
