People Team Administrator
Term Time plus (34 + 5 weeks)
Salary £30,600 FTE
Actual Salary £15,021.24 per annum
20 hours per week, 39 weeks a year.
Working 10am to 2pm each day.
Start Date: 18 August 2025 (negotiable)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member of staff to join our People Team at the Seckford Foundation. As the People Team Administrator, your role will be to provide comprehensive, accurate and confidential support to the People Team by effectively conducting its administrative duties and activities. This role will be Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day based on site at Woodbridge School. While we have advertised start date as Monday 18 August 2025, this is negotiable for the right candidate.

You will be the first point of contact for email, phone and face to face interactions in the People Team Office and support the smooth running of the People Team administrative function across the Seckford Foundation, which comprises of the Woodbridge Prep and Senior School and Seckford Care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic people person with strong organisation and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well as part of a team whilst also being trusted to complete tasks independently and accurately

Theatre Technician
Annualised Hours Contract – 1,950 per year
Working Pattern on a Rota Basis
Salary: £25,382 – £27,246 per annum

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Theatre Technician to join our friendly and successful Theatre Department at Seckford Theatre, providing technical support to our external hires and school productions. You will be responsible for assisting with all technical aspects of production including the set up and operation of staging, lighting, sound and audio/visual equipment. While also supporting and contributing to the wider requirements of School Productions, including assisting with design, construction and/or sourcing of set and props.

Sports Coach

At different times throughout the School year, we require additional coaches to work with us; this may vary on a termly basis and can range from one to three afternoons per week.

We are looking for inspirational coaches across a variety of sports to support our excellent games provision and our students at Woodbridge School.

We are seeking talented, flexible individuals who are committed to providing the best opportunities for students across a range of abilities. To engage with students and staff, contributing towards creating a vibrant, fulfilling environment that provides appropriate levels of challenge.

The appropriate candidate will have extensive experience in coaching/playing, as well as of working in schools or similar environments. The sports on offer at Woodbridge School include: Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Dance, Football, Hockey, Netball, Rugby.

Duties are likely to include coaching within games lessons, co-curricular practices and matches, and this would primarily be afternoons from 1.00pm to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday, term time only. Please check here for our term dates.
